Each home is winterized with rigid insulation in the walls and double pane windows.
All modular homes have an enclosed washroom with fixtures. Depending on the model, you can choose open space or two bedrooms, and kitchen cabinets.
You can pick it up or we can deliver. It can be installed on the ground with not preparation, or on a short or full foundation.
